Your mission
To develop an enterprise-wide AI strategy in close collaboration with the business units and ensure its sustainable integration within the organization
To identify, evaluate, and prioritize cross-functional use cases and shape a strategically aligned AI use case portfolio
To design and integrate AI-driven processes into existing workflows with the goal of increasing efficiency and generating measurable value
To empower development teams through technical guidance, coaching, and targeted knowledge transfer to independently implement AI solutions
To document and structure technical knowledge in the form of guidelines, standards, and best practices, ensuring its availability across the organization
To take overall responsibility for the development, validation, and production-ready handover of prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs) to the relevant departments
Your profile
You hold a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable field of study
You have in-depth knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning – particularly with regard to architecture, model life cycles, and MLOps
You have experience in the prototypical development and integration of AI applications into productive system environments and are familiar with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure – especially Azure Machine Learning and Azure Data Lake
You are experienced in interdisciplinary collaboration with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize use cases
You work in a structured and self-directed manner, are highly results-oriented, and possess full professional proficiency in German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken

Ihr Profil
