The HR Generalist plays a key role in the execution and coordination of core Human Resources activities, ensuring efficient, compliant, and people-focused HR operations. Reporting to HR Director, the role supports the full employee lifecycle with a strong emphasis on execution, process excellence, and alignment with company policies and business needs. The HR Generalist acts as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, contributing to a consistent and professional HR service across the organization.

- Hands-on experience in multidisciplinary HR functions, including employee relations, HR administration, payroll support, recruitment, and performance management.
- Solid knowledge of Spanish labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR processes end-to-end with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working in international or matrix organizations is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Advanced English level.
